The ‘Plants for Health and Well-Being’ course is due to start next week at the Good Shepherd Social Centre, running from 10am-1pm every Tuesday, for 4 weeks.
The tutor for the course is Sally Smith, who ran the very popular course, ‘Spring into Gardening’, during 2011. The new course will focus on the medicinal properties of plants and how thay can be used to treat illness. The course will also explore how and why certain plants have been used throughout time as well as looking at how to use and choose herbs and sensory plants for growing in gardens or containers.

The course fees are: £40.20 (discounted: £36.20)
